Privacy

This site is kept by Kevin Pedeaux, a friend of Paul’s, through CoreRail in New Orleans. It exists to explain the Paul Levy ’99 Scholarship and how to give to it. Here is everything it collects, which is almost nothing.

The short version

• We do not sell your information. There is nothing to sell.
• The site has no forms, no accounts, and sets no cookies. Visit counts come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify you.
• Giving happens on De La Salle High School’s form, not here.
• If you email us, we use your address to reply and nothing more.

What you give us

Nothing through the site. There are no forms here. That is the whole list.

Giving

The Give buttons open De La Salle High School’s donation form, which is run by DonorPerfect, a product of SofterWare, Inc. Anything you enter there goes to the school and its payment processor under their own privacy policy, not to this site. Checks go straight to the school.

Cookies and analytics

No cookies. The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It records the page viewed, the country, the browser type, and how fast the page loaded, and it does not use cookies, fingerprinting, or anything that identifies you. There is no Google Analytics and no advertising pixel. The fonts and photos are served from this site. Cloudflare also hosts the site and keeps the short-term request logs any host keeps to run it and protect it from abuse.

Links to other sites

Links to Facebook and to delasallenola.com open those sites, and each has its own privacy policy.

Your choices

Email us to ask what we have about you (nothing), or to have something taken down, including a photo. We answer within 30 days. Some browsers send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. The site does not change what it collects when it sees them, because this page already describes everything it collects.

Kids

This site is not aimed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes

If anything here changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
